If you are facing any problems with your account in Jeeran, if you have ideas you would like to share with us, or even if you wish to thank Jeeran team or one of the team members, you can easily use the “talk to us” form that has been added lately to the main page in order to make it easier to the users to express their minds to Jeeran community center.

To know how to use the “talk to us” form, take a look at the details below:

• If you want to thank Jeeran team or one of the team members, click on the first face from the left “I want to thank Jeeran!” write your note in the text box and click on “Send”.

• If you have a suggestion or a good idea you feel its worth implementing to Jeeran and that it will add a good value to our site, click on the second face “I have an idea!” explain your suggestion in a clear and direct way, and click on “Send”.

• If you are facing a problem in your account or you have a question that you couldn’t answer through the learning center and the FAQs, click on the last face “I have a problem!”, and send an email with the problem details to the support email address in the box.

Notes:

> Jeeran community team read all your emails but they reply to your questions and problems only. And for the suggestions; they pick the best of the ones that can be implemented and they add them to the plan that will be worked on in the near future.

>> We don’t reply to any questions or problems we receive on “I have an idea!” or “I want to thank Jeeran!” boxes; the support team replies only to the questions in the “I have a problem!” box.

>>> Any problems or questions that are out of Jeeran site and services are not accepted.

>>>> The support team replies to your emails in 48 hours except in the holidays.
